DEPTH CONSULTATION: Disclaimer & Waiver

This Disclaimer and Waiver (the “Agreement”) establishes the terms of the professional relationship between Natalia Hubbert (the “Consultant”) and the Client. All services, communications (email, digital, or otherwise), and information provided via the website (www.nataliahubbert.com) or associated social media channels are provided under the following terms:

1. Nature of the Relationship

The Client understands that Natalia Hubbert is a Depth Consultant, not a licensed medical professional, psychotherapist, or counselor. While the Consultant’s work is grounded in an M.A. in Psychology, Analytical Psychology, and trauma-informed principles, she is not licensed by the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction to provide clinical mental health treatment.

2. Non-Clinical Status

Depth Consultation is not professional mental health care or medical care. This work is designed for self-discovery, the exploration of the psyche, and the restoration of meaning. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, clinical trauma, or medical disorder. The Consultant does not provide crisis intervention services.

3. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By engaging in these services, the Client confirms and agrees to the following:

  • Self-Governance: I am fully responsible for my own physical and mental well-being, including all choices, actions, and results arising from the consultation process.

  • Non-Substitution: I will not use Depth Consultation as a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, psychiatry, or substance abuse treatment.

  • Medical Consultation: If I am experiencing significant psychological distress, I agree to seek the services of a licensed medical or mental health professional.

  • No Guarantees: I understand that the Consultant makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to professional success, financial gain, or specific psychological shifts.

4. Confidentiality & Legal Disclosure

The Consultant will maintain the confidentiality of all client information unless otherwise required by law. Confidentiality is legally waived in the following circumstances:

  • The Consultant has reason to believe there is a risk of child or elder abuse or neglect.

  • The Client expresses a serious intent to harm themselves or others.

  • The Consultant is served with a valid court order or subpoena requiring testimony or the release of records.

5. Technological Risk

The Client acknowledges that the use of digital communication (Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, etc.) involves inherent security risks. The Client accepts these risks regarding the confidentiality of their data and sessions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For all legal purposes, this relationship and all services provided are deemed to occur in the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

7. Release of Liability & Indemnification

I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Natalia Hubbert, including her heirs, executors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, suits, or rights to compensation for damages (including legal fees) arising out of any acts or omissions, or as a result of the consultation provided. This waiver applies to any injuries or damages—emotional, physical, or financial—resulting from the consultation relationship. This agreement is binding upon my heirs and legal representatives.

By purchasing or booking a session, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer & Waiver.

Effective as of May 03, 2026
